It’s been a few weeks since Between Worlds went live, and I wanted to take a minute to say thank you, because none of this happens without the people who actually read it.
A special thanks to the small group of alpha and beta readers who worked through early, rough versions of these chapters before there was a real book to point to. That’s not an easy ask, and I don’t take it lightly that people gave their time to something unfinished.
I want to specifically call out Donna M, whose feedback has been a real help. The book is nearly complete, and her notes have come at exactly the right time, catching things I’ve lost the ability to see after being this deep in the story for so long. I’m grateful for it.
And thank you to Noval Notion, who left the very first review on Goodreads. There’s something particular about that first reaction from a total stranger, someone with no context, no relationship to me, just picking up the book and reading it. It meant a lot to see it land.
If you’ve read Between Worlds, I’d love to hear from you, whether that’s a review, a message through the site, or a comment here. And new songs from the companion album are still rolling out, so there’s more to explore if you want to stay in it a little longer.
Thank you for being here for the start of this.
Edward
